Discipleship

A Place to Belong Ministries, Inc. empowers and supports collegiate women on their college campuses across the United States as they grow in their love for, knowledge of, and obedience to Christ.

We do this through Discipleship Groups (D-Groups). Each collegiate chapter must host at least 12 D-Groups per academic school year.

Discipleship is the heart of our mission and the center of everything we do at A Place to Belong.

If a collegiate woman joins A Place to Belong as a freshman and remains engaged throughout her undergraduate journey, she could participate in approximately 48 Discipleship Groups (D-Groups) by the time she graduates. Through this consistent investment in discipleship, collegiate women will prayerfully live as disciples of Jesus Christ and go into the world to make disciples. Our goal is to cultivate women who do not simply graduate from college with a degree, but graduate as equipped disciples who are prepared to disciple others wherever God calls them.

Each collegiate chapter is taught and given the resources to imitate Christ as revealed in His Word, then encouraged to lead by Christ’s example on their college campuses and beyond.
